Shanghai Zhenyi Technology Co., Ltd. specializes in the R&D and industrialization of high-end analytical instruments such as mass spectrometers and chromatographs. Its founding team consists of overseas returnee doctoral executives with years of experience at well-known multinational analytical instrument corporations, as well as a number of senior R&D specialists. Partnering with research teams from Fudan University and the Shanghai Institute of Organic Chemistry, Chinese Academy of Sciences, the company has obtained funding under the Special Program for Basic Research Infrastructure and Major Scientific Instrument Development of China’s National Key R&D Program.

Co-founded in October 2024 by Dr. Xie Yongming and Dr. Huang Yunqing, the company was formerly known as Jiangsu Hengzhihe Technology Co., Ltd., which was established in July 2021.

Zhenyi Technology focuses on the R&D and industrialization of high-end analytical instruments including mass spectrometers and chromatographs. Its founding team comprises overseas returnee executives, technical developers and senior sales professionals with years of working experience at world-renowned multinational analytical instrument enterprises. Driven by technological innovation, the team aims to go beyond simple domestic substitution and develop premium high-end mass spectrometers with differentiated competitive edges. The company has independently developed and validated innovative filtered ion mobility technology and high-resolution quadrupole mass analysis technology.

Co-founded in October 2024 by Dr. Xie Yongming and Dr. Huang Yunqing, the company was formerly known as Jiangsu Hengzhihe Technology Co., Ltd., which was established in July 2021.

Having dedicated over 30 years to the mass spectrometry industry, he possesses extensive experience covering the full upstream and downstream industrial chain of mass spectrometry, ranging from hardware R&D and applied technology to customer support and commercial operation & management.

- 1996 – 1998 Master’s Candidate, Xiamen University. Supervised by Professor Yang Pengyuan, a leading scholar in mass spectrometry and proteomics in China. Professor Yang formerly served as Chair of the Department of Chemistry and Executive Vice Dean of the Institutes of Biomedical Sciences at Fudan University, and was the Chief Scientist of the National Basic Research Program of China (973 Program) titled “Proteomics of Major Human Diseases”.
- 1998 – 2002 Ph.D. in Analytical Chemistry, University of California, Davis. Doctoral advisor: Professor Carlito Lebrilla, a pioneer in mass spectrometry and glycan analysis, who served as Vice President of the American Society for Mass Spectrometry (ASMS).
